CNC milling and 5-axis

Complex milled parts in fewer set-ups. Full 5-axis machining centres reach five faces in one clamping, so features stay true to each other and the part is handled less.

What we can do for you

  • Full 5-axis CNC machining centres for complex geometry.
  • DN Solutions ACE VC430 with a twin pallet changer and 30-tool changer. The next job is set while the current one runs. The table takes parts up to 350kg.
  • One-offs through to medium and high-volume batches.
  • Stainless steel, aluminium and exotic alloys.

How a quote works

  1. Step 1

    Send the drawing

Upload it here as a PDF, DXF, DWG or STEP file, or email it. Add the quantity, the material and the date you need the parts.

  2. Step 2

Get a price and a lead time

We come back quickly with a quote and a lead time. If anything on the drawing is unclear, we ask before we price it.

  3. Step 3

    Parts arrive, checked

Inspected against the drawing, finished as specified, with the certificates you asked for.
