CNC turning

Turned parts from one-off prototypes to high-volume production. Big work goes on the chuck lathes. Repeat work up to 65mm diameter runs off the bar on twin-spindle, twin-turret lathes.

What we can do for you

  • CNC chuck lathes for parts up to 450mm diameter and 1000mm long, subject to weight.
  • Twin-spindle, twin-turret bar-fed lathes for parts up to 65mm diameter and 450mm long.
  • Multi-axis turn-mill on FANUC controls, so milled features can come off the lathe finished.
  • Stainless steel and aluminium most days. Super Duplex, Inconel, Monel and Hastelloy when the job needs them.
  • Some work runs lights-out, outside normal hours.

How a quote works

  1. Step 1

    Send the drawing

Upload it here as a PDF, DXF, DWG or STEP file, or email it. Add the quantity, the material and the date you need the parts.

  2. Step 2

Get a price and a lead time

We come back quickly with a quote and a lead time. If anything on the drawing is unclear, we ask before we price it.

  3. Step 3

    Parts arrive, checked

Inspected against the drawing, finished as specified, with the certificates you asked for.
