Grinding

Many machine shops send grinding out. We kept it in. Our grinding section is run by Chris Heyworth, who walked through the door at 15 on 1 May 1977 and has been passing the skill on to our apprentices ever since.

What we can do for you

  • Grinding for fine surface finish and close tolerances, done on site.
  • No second subcontractor, no extra transport, no gap in the paperwork.
  • Machined and ground parts inspected together before they leave.

How a quote works

  1. Step 1

    Send the drawing

Upload it here as a PDF, DXF, DWG or STEP file, or email it. Add the quantity, the material and the date you need the parts.

  2. Step 2

Get a price and a lead time

We come back quickly with a quote and a lead time. If anything on the drawing is unclear, we ask before we price it.

  3. Step 3

    Parts arrive, checked

Inspected against the drawing, finished as specified, with the certificates you asked for.
