What we collect

When you use the quote form we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, the details of your enquiry and any drawings or files you attach.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you order, make your parts. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

Your drawings

Drawings you send are used only to quote for and make your parts. We do not share them with anyone except suppliers we need for your order, such as heat treatment or plating, and only the parts they need.

Who handles it

The form is sent through our website host (Cloudflare) and our email provider (Resend) to our own inbox. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are not kept longer than we need them. Customer records are kept as long as the law and our quality system require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
